Shahravar teaches Swordwork and performs at

New Zealand's premier belly dance event, hosted by the Middle Eastern Dance Association of NZ Inc.

Since 2001 MEDANZ members have gathered together in different towns and cities around the country to share their passion for Middle Eastern dance and music.

The annual festival provides us the opportunity to come together as a community to share knowledge, experience performance (by watching live or by performing), expand our dance and music experience, and build on the bonds of lifelong friendships made through dance.
